Products can be built and tested to the requirements of your sales market, including EN71, ASTM F963, CE, FCC and RoHS, and the production site runs a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015. The age range, the labels, the tests needed and the inspection criteria are set in the quality plan before production, not after. How does Chloe Toys control quality during production?
Quality is defined before the first unit: critical-to-quality characteristics per product, an approved golden sample with tolerance rules, a functional test method for audio, sensors, buttons and firmware, and defect classification with an agreed AQL inspection level. In-process checkpoints, pre-shipment inspection and a corrective-action route then keep production consistent with the approved sample. A golden sample is the approved reference unit that production is measured against, together with the tolerance rules for materials, dimensions, appearance, function and packaging. Can I get inspection reports and test records?
Yes. Material records, golden sample photos, inspection reports and functional test results are kept at every stage of the process, and you can ask for them. Certificate numbers and full copies are shared under NDA during supplier qualification, and a buyer or third-party audit of the production site can be arranged.
