Quality and compliance
Quality is defined before the first unit: the critical characteristics for this product, an approved golden sample with tolerance rules, a functional test method for audio, buttons, sensors and firmware, and defect classification with an agreed AQL inspection level. In-process checkpoints, pre-shipment inspection and a corrective action route then keep production consistent with the approved sample.
