Chloe Toys has been developing, producing and shipping children’s toys since 2010. We are a US-based manufacturer that owns its plush production and its PCB electronics factories, and we run OEM and ODM programs for educational toys, interactive toys and AI-enabled toys from brief to delivery.

Product development at Chloe Toys is done by our own electronic, structural, industrial-design and quality engineers. The same people review the brief, build the prototype, release the tooling and sign off the golden sample, which is why a decision made at feasibility stage does not get lost by the time production starts.
Quality and safety you can check
Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Products are tested to the standards the target market requires, typically CE, FCC, RoHS and EN 71 for the current catalogue, and the test reports are tied to the exact material set and PCB revision that ships. Inspection criteria are agreed before the first unit is made, not after the first complaint.
Owned production
Cut and sew for plush, PCB assembly and firmware for electronics, and final assembly happen in factories we own, not at subcontractors we visit. That gives us direct control over capacity, changeovers and the checks between stages, and gives you one accountable team rather than a chain of suppliers.
Logistics for samples and bulk
Samples go by international express. Production orders ship by sea, air, rail or truck as the program needs. Packaging, cartons, labels and shipping terms are planned with the production schedule, so pack-out is never an afterthought.
