Manufacturing reference
A larger panda built as the adult in a family range.
Scaling a character up is not a matter of scaling the pattern: fill weight rises faster than surface area, seams carry more load and the same pile height reads coarser on a bigger body. A larger toy also changes the carton, the compression and the freight cost per unit more than any other decision in the range. Face features usually need to be redrawn rather than enlarged.
This is the reference for a brief that wants a family of sizes rather than a single toy. Settle the size ladder first, then decide which features are shared across the ladder and which are redrawn, and check the largest size against your carton before the sculpt is approved.
